WOLVERINE BRASS 80751 2.1 Gal Potable Water Expansion Tank - ¾ NPT

The Wolverine Brass 2.1 gallon potable water expansion tank has a carbon steel tank with 3/4" NPT stainless steel connections. The expansion tank controls the thermal expansion forces within hot water heating systems as water heats up and prevents system pressure from getting to high. The tank utilizes a heavy duty diaphragm to prevent corrosion and waterlogging. The product comes with a factory pre-set pressure of 35 psi with a max operating pressure of 150 psi and a max air-charge of 80 psi. Wolverine Brass portable water expansion tanks are certified to ANSI Z1088 & NSF 61 and have a 6 year warranty.
